Sweet Crab Rolls, March 28th

These crab rolls are wonderfully delicious! With imitation crab sautéd with a perfect brown crust and a bit of heat, house made bacon chipotle aioli, and marinated mirin leeks served with kettle chips and a chocolate pots de creme for dessert.
